Please note when booking that all appointment times are in EST as Synchronized Souls Inc. is currently based out of Marmora, Canada. Any rescheduling requests must be placed and confirmed, 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or at this discretion of Synchronized Souls Inc. Synchronized Souls Inc. holds the right to reschedule any sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that permits them from showing up to the session at full capacity.

Clients will all receive a same-day reminder text, on the day of their session, if they have chosen to share their phone number. If the Client does not immediately answer/connect to the Audio/Video call for a session, Synchronized Souls Inc. will keep the session open for 10 minutes. If the Client does not respond after 10 minutes, they lose their appointment time and thereby forfeit their payment. No refund will be issued.

Sessions are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute. No session can ever be 100% accurate. All sessions are for clarity, confirmation or comprehension, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. No sessions or services replace a professional medical/legal/business opinion and advice. Additionally, any decisions made or actions that were taken after your session is your sole responsibility and has not been forced upon you by our intuitive readers. We assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, sessions or services. Please discern, use your own intuition and judgment at all times. It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your reading will take place.

No Removal of Curses: We do not engage in practices involving removing curses, respecting the trauma-informed approach on choosing where we get to put our energy towards.
Right to Refuse with Sensitivity: We reserve the right to refuse a session, acknowledging the potential impact on trauma survivors and ensuring the individual's well-being is prioritized.
