Courageous Connection is a supportive, trauma-informed program designed to guide survivors of childhood sexual trauma on a path of healing and empowerment.
Over the course of four months, you will participate in a structured, nurturing environment where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and connect with others who share similar journeys. This group is open to women, women-identified, and non-binary CSA survivors. Together, we create a safe and inclusive space where healing and growth are possible.
This program has an energy exchange of $222 CAD.
This is a closed peer support program that is taking place from September 2025 to February 2026. We are accepting applications today for our waitlist!
Who This Program Is For:
- Survivors of childhood sexual trauma ready to embark on a healing journey
- Participants who are 20 years of age or older
- Participants who can commit to attending the majority of sessions (maximum of 3 missed sessions)
- Those seeking a supportive, trauma-informed community
- Individuals committed to personal growth and empowerment
Who This Program Is Not For:
- Individuals unable to attend the majority of sessions
- Those who do not have additional support outside the group (this is not a substitute for therapy)
- Participants who may find discussing trauma too distressing at this time
Things to note - Commitment and Confidentiality:
- You must commit to consistent attendance and active participation
- Confidentiality is paramount; all shared information must stay within the group
- Respect, non-judgment, and a supportive environment are key components
